England & Wales:
 Births / Marriages / Deaths 1837 –2005

You need to provide:

  • Full name (and maiden name)
  • Index Volume Number
  • Index Page Number
  • Type of event (Birth, Marriage or Death)
  • Date of event
  • Place of event

Scotland:
Births / Deaths 1855 – 2006
Marriages 1855 – 1933

You need to provide:

  • Full name (and maiden name)
  • Type of event (Birth, Marriage or Death)
  • Date of event
  • Place of event (County and Parish)
